When did John Cleese stop being funny? I think it was "A Fish Called
Wanda", 1988. I think that was the last time, and even in that he only
had a few chuckle moments. But I can't think of anything I've seen him
in since then in which he's been funny. Maybe that episode of Cheers
where he was a psychiatrist tormented by Sam and Diane. But that's got
to be it.
