Tomorrow the History Channel shows a documentary on conspiracy theories
surrounding the 1968 assassination of Senator Robert Kennedy. In
fact, the channel shows it twice.
Please check their web site for the two broadcasts in YOUR time zone.
If you haven't seen this documentary before, you should see it ! Use
Tivo if you have to. My name is Lisa Pease, and I co - wrote a book on
those conspiracy theories.

In the series, ''The Presidents'' which was shown on History Channel
Saturday, they said the hits on JFK and RFK were done by the Mafia.

That's tough on me. My book 'The Assassinations" says CIA. It's easy
to accuse anybody of CIA. But how can you accuse somebody like, say
... Walter Cronkite of being mobbed up ? When I wrote that book the
publisher made me an offer I could refuse but didn't. My bad.

The theory you cite below was in one of the many episodes of "The Men
Who Killed Kennedy" that History Channel shows less often. It has six
or eight one - hour segments -- I forget exactly -- and that warrants
infrequent reruns. The next November anniversary should bring it
back. One of the hit men in the theory is named Christian David.
