Cast your vote as to which lineup you think would work best - NBC's
just-announced changes or my version that I came up with several days
ago:

I think you and Reilly are both on harmful medication, just
experiencing different side-effects.

That doesn't sound as much fun as picking on you, but okay, here's a
good, steady lineup that'll make NBC better.
Monday
8:00 Deal or no Deal
9:00 Heroes
10:00 Medium
"Deal" will continue to excel as what it is, a show that's an okay
waste of an hour in a not-too-competitive slot, not appointment
television that'll do well against "CSI" and "Grey's Anatomy."
"Heroes" will have a chance in another non-competitive slot (sitcoms
on CBS, "Bachelor," new FOX and CW shows). And "Medium" still gets
solid ratings despite the popular opinion (11.27 million viewers for
5/8 episode, 9.86 million for 5/22 episode, against "CSI: Miami"
finale).
Tuesday
8:00 Biggest Loser
9:00 Apprentice
10:00 SVU
"Loser" had NBC's best Tuesday at 8 numbers since the late 90's so no
point in moving it. "Apprentice" still does well and could pick up
reality fans abandoned by "Amazing Race."
Wednesday
8:00 Friday Night Lights
9:00 Studio 60
10:00 Law & Order
"Lights" stands a chance in another non-competitive slot. "Studio 60"
has enough of a curiosity factor where NBC should play offense with
it.
Thursdays
8:00 My Name Is Earl
8:30 20 Good Years
9:00 The Office
9:30 30 Rock
10:00 ER
Good sitcoms can find an audience here (like "Earl" and "Office" did
this year) and the two new shows are getting good advance word. And
"ER" is most valuable where it is and would get slaughtered anywhere
else.
Friday
8:00 Deal or no Deal
9:00 Criminal Intent
10:00 Black Donnellys
"Intent" did great here in reruns last Fall and "Donnellys" looks
compatible.

WQ has NBC's strongest sitcom on Friday (!), and not even leading the hour!
And Las Vegas on Thursday?
David's schedule wins, and it's not even close.

Give it up already. Nobody cares about your version of TV schedules
(mainly because they suck). I vote for NBC schedules by default.

Half right; they should get rid of the one team, but keep Noth.

that'd be enough to keep me from watching.

the rest of the

nights dont mean much to me but I prefer NBC's thurday line up to yours.
Certainly ER should stay on a thursday as should MNIE and the Office, I'd
rather Studio 60 had stayed on Thursdays too as it sounds like a good show
and I dont watch Grays Anatomy.

Frankly, I don't like either one of these. Deal or No Deal, despite its
high ratings, is a terrible lead-in for such serious heavy dramas as
Black Donnellys or Kidnapped, because the demos are so different.
It reminds me of CBS' original schedule of having The Unit at 9 PM
Tuesday followed by The Amazing Race at 10 PM. Despite The Unit's high
ratings, a show about American soldiers going around the world fighting
deadly terrorists wasn't a good lead-in for a show about American
civilians going around the world sightseeing. And sure enough, The
Amazing Race couldn't hold on to more than a fraction of The Unit's
viewership.

10:00 Studio 60

The first works better for me, as it keeps DONNELYS away from 24.

Either one. Now it's just VERONICA MARS and HOUSE at 9.

The first of these two is better, as KIDNAPPED is must-see. Glad it's
not on Tue at 9.

The second would be good for KIDNAPPED, but you got the space by moving
DONNELYS against 24, which I don't want.

I don't really care either way here. I wish they'd left CONVICTION on.
It was my only real-time L&O.
